P.S. In many holistic health treatments, you're in a position to rest and digest, and a gurgling stomach simply confirms that you are truly relaxed. A noisy stomach is a normal bodily function and is nothing to be embarrassed about!

Just letting everyone know that McCarter Massage &Bodywork will be closed until our water supply is restored. I don’t use much but it is essential for washing hands and having restroom available for clients. I know many of you could use a good massage now. But even my headspace after all of this I don’t think I would be of much help to anyone. Luckily I have the ability to go stay with my mom in Knoxville until our water supply is restored. Please be safe and know that I am praying hard for many of you who have lost homes or stuck because of the bridges that washed away.
