There are so many things that are valuable in life, joy, family, personal values, and time, just to name a few.

Yes, it takes money to live and that’s valuable too. But if money becomes the highest value we consider, discontentment is soon to follow. Money cannot truly bring you joy, will you still have joy no matter what your finances are? Ummm, maybe not. Can money reflect your personal values, oh yes! But that can also be good, and bad. Does money make your family more comfortable, oh yes, it sure can…but not always. Especially if your family lacks time with you!

But time, if you don’t have time for the other things you value, your life becomes lopsided, lacking joy, and perhaps all those other things you value over time. Don’t chase your business or your career to the exclusion of money making. Have faith (My personal perspective is faith in God.) that putting the right things in proper perspective will bring more order, and more joy to your life, because time isn’t money…. and it never has been.
