As the season shifts, we’re invited to loosen our grip and make space for what’s ready to fall away.

Join us for an evening centered around slowing down, releasing, and deep rest. We’ll begin by creating a collective Altar of Release, where you’ll be invited to write down and lay down something you’ve been carrying.

From there, you’ll settle in for a guided journey supported by Reiki and the sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drum, and other instruments to help the body unwind and create space for release.

You don’t have to carry it all into the next season🍂

Having a small business means you have people in your corner, supporting you and cheering you on! ✨🤩📣🫶🏽

Sometimes all you need is a little massage and a little stretching! 🙆‍♀️ 🙆🏽🙆‍♂️ Stretching can go a long way and can help muscles and connective tissue be more pliable and flexible

⭕️ Cupping is a traditional therapy that has been used for many many years to help promote healing by uplifting soft tissue through the suction of cups! ⭕️

⭕️ It may leave reddish marks that go away after a few days ⭕️

We offer both fire cupping with Sasha and regular cupping with plastic cups with Michelle 🔥

Massaging those muscles at least once a month can help decrease pain and increase range of motion
