Since sharing last month that I’m closing my doors on December 1st, I’ve had hundreds of inquires and messages. I was mind blown by the love & support for the tiny footprint I’ve made through this small business. Many clients this month have left with bittersweet tears, hugs, and well wishes.

I cannot thank my clients enough for the support over the years. To say my clients are a blessing is such an understatement. I’m just your “brow & lip girl”, but the connection most of my clients & I have built together is so much more than a simple service 🙏🏼❤️

I have used every single day this month possible to squeeze clients in, working from 9am until 9pm most days. I have absolutely NO availability left, but if you’d like on my cancellation list for 11/24-11/30, please comment below so I can add you to it.

I will be sending out a list of artists I recommend my clients to check out, along with some basics on what they can expect for their next experience. If there’s an artist you have in mind, PLEASE reach out to me before booking with them so I can ensure quality results for my clients. I want my clients to see an artist of same or greater quality, nothing less. ‼️ PLEASE do not just book with anyone, whether their location is convenient or their pricing is ‘cheap’. Reach out so I can guide you on making the best decision with your cosmetic tattoos, even if it’s years down the road.

BIDDING FAREWELL: A Journey Beyond the Skin.

This decision was not an easy one, however I feel confident and comfortable in it. I made this decision within the past 1 week, so if it comes as a shock — I know, me too in a way. Please make sure to read the entirety of each slide before making any assumptions. {The long post is directed to my clients, friends, and supporters. If you’re not one of them, I don’t expect you to read it all}

While this does feel sad as I’m closing a HUGE and very beautiful chapter, in no way do I feel ashamed for this decision as it’s one I made totally on my own when I realized this season of life wasn’t serving me anymore. This is still a very big passion of mine ((especially Lip Blush as all my clients know)) and if at any point in life I feel pulled to come back into the world of tattooing, it’s an art and a skill I will always be capable of. I’ve ALWAYS made notice of being a multi-dimensional person, and how important it is to accept passions & pursuits with the ebbs & flows that come from them.

Scar coverup - this is a very specific case that I was willing to take on due to the client’s skin & scar condition. She has wanted a piece like this for so long and it worked perfectly for this spot. Not an every day thing but I had fun with it! 🙏🏼

Check out these healed results from a Lip Neutralization client. Her goal was to modify the darker parts of her lips to flow better with the brighter areas.

How do we achieve this? 👇🏼

1️⃣ Upfront client support: Neutralizing dark tones in the lip skin occurs over time. Ensure the client is willing to *wait* for results and is dedicated to multiple sessions.

2️⃣ Proper Color Theory knowledge: I never expect clients to know color theory, nor do I try to over-explain this to clients. It’s science, and it takes time to learn it! As the artist, we’re the professional. I only expect my client to trust my knowledge & expertise in this area — I’ll take care of the rest! Know your colors, know your skin types, know how ink below the skin heals over time.

3️⃣ Patience in the work: While we can’t expect clients to see healed results immediately, we as artists shouldn’t expect to see magic happening as we work. It’s not the same with every case! Work SLOW. Take your time. Know what you’re doing. Note how the client’s skin is performing. Work in layers over several appointments.
