8 week extension re-install on and we didn't even have to touch her color at all because THIS is how good a lived-in color placement grows out 😍
all we had to do was re-install her extensions at this appt and in 8 weeks we'll touch up her highlights again too! the last picture is her hair before i re-installed her extensions.

my client came in with layers of permanent box dye red and a long-term goal of returning to her natural base with soft, lived-in dimension. before any color was mixed, we completed a full, in-depth consultation to discuss her hair history, integrity, expectations, and the reality of the process ahead.
because removing artificial pigment (especially red box dye) is far more complex than lifting natural hair. this type of work requires a strategic + methodical approach. it is not rushed, it is not predictable, and it is never one-size-fits-all.
this transformation took about eight hours of focused work, advanced formulation, and constant attention to detail to protect the integrity of her hair while carefully navigating the underlying warmth and previous color buildup.
luxury color is about patience, trust, and respecting the hair. when both the stylist and client are aligned, that’s where the magic happens, and i’d say the results speak for themselves ✨
