Introducing Postpartum Massage

Newborn days are full of feeding, rocking, changing, comforting, and doing all the things for your little one. It’s easy to realize at the end of the day that you haven’t done much for yourself.

That’s where postpartum massage comes in! 🤍

At Forever Balanced, your appointment can be completely about you. Come in, get comfortable, take a deep breath, and enjoy some time to relax while your body gets some much-needed attention.

And if your little one needs to come with you, bring them! A bassinet can be nearby, and there’s absolutely no stress if we need to pause for a feeding, a cuddle, or whatever your baby needs.

Because postpartum care doesn’t have to mean finding the “perfect” time or having everything figured out first.

Sometimes self-care looks like an hour to yourself.

Sometimes it looks like bringing your baby along.

Either way, you deserve the time! 🤍
