Chakra(SHA-kra)- Means "wheel" and refers to energy points in your body. These points are thought to be spinning disks that should stay open and aligned. These correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic bodies that affect our physical and emotional well being. Stress can overload these points and they can stop spinning and become misaligned. Reiki helps these points to start spinning again and bring our bodies back into alignment.
As a Reiki Master I help these shut down points in your body reopen and restore your emotional and physical well being.

I offer 15 minute and 30 minute sessions. I look forward to helping you on your journey to heal!!
