Ok, please know this is very hard for me to post pictures of me. The stay at home order really put a cabash on a huge part of my life and I love to handle stress with eating. I started this 3💊💊💊system 4 weeks ago to get more energy and in hopes it would shut my mind off at night to get better sleep. Any thing past that is a bonus to me...

1. The first thing I noticed was sound sleep. I posted after my first day. It was a very comfortable feeling. 2. Next thing I noticed was no bloat. I have been bloated as long as I can remember. Not a comfortable feeling at all. Now my belly feels really good every day. Yay!! This in itself is huge to me.
3. After that, I have the energy I want. I have been able to get back to doing some workouts. Life has been crazy these past few weeks so my energy has been more towards taking care of things around the house and at my shop.
4. No more nausea and headaches. These were very frequent for me before starting my supplements.
