Gabe and I went to the Kripalu Center yesterday for the day. It was so rejuvenating and restful to be in an environment that is conducive to conscious living, being in the company of like minded people. I used to live there as a resident in my 20’s and have only been there once in the past 5-6 years with another friend. Being so close I hope to make it more frequently in the future.
