I just wanted to take a moment to kindly remind my clients about business hours and communication boundaries. I truly appreciate every single one of you and the support you show my small business—it means more than you know.

I ask that all messages, booking requests, and inquiries be sent during business hours. As a reminder those hours are Monday through Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4. I also have a booking website that can be used anytime which i have included below.

I of all people understand that life gets busy, but I will always do my best to get back to you as quickly as possible during my working hours. Respecting these boundaries helps me stay organized, focused, and able to continue providing the quality service you deserve.

Good afternoon! I wanted to come on here for a few updates/changes. Im not a fan of these types of posts but its become necessary.

🚨 Effective September 1st I will no longer be doing late appointments Monday through Thursday. Fridays will now be designated for late appointments. I am adjusting my morning times to come in earlier. I am also going to be available 1 or 2 Saturdays a month. I apologize sincerely for any inconveniences this may cause. There have just been so many scheduling conflicts and this will be the best way to remedy that. There may be a bit of a learning curve here and Im going to do my best to make this transition as smooth as possible. Please allow some grace. I will reassess at the end of October, this may be just a temporary schedule change ☺️

🚨I am also back to offering facials! These are a 1 hour service and totally customizable to your specific skincare needs. Chemical peels and microneedling are also available.

🚨I can not stress enough how important it is to schedule and possibly schedule out in advance if you have the availability to do so! If you have to cancel I will do my best to squeeze you in but it is not always a guarantee. Please keep this in mind when canceling. I am booked out weeks in advance, some days I have nothing available. Last minute appointments are a rarity. Please plan ahead and secure your spot!

🚨Most importantly, I can not say thank you enough to every one of you that have helped my business grow and all of the love and support that has been given. I couldn't do it without you! Keep your eyes open for updates on new services that Im hoping to be offering by this fall!! 👀

Hey all! I wanted to post a friendly reminder about a few things! I am by appointment only and am currently booking out. I understand that things happen and I will absolutely do my best to get you in ASAP however, due to how busy my schedule is, that is not always possible. I have created a cancelation list and I will go in order to contact people. I will give about 10 minutes for a response before I move onto the next person on the list.

Secondly, as your nail tech I care tremendously about the health of your nails. I do my best to make them as flawless as I possibly can before you leave my space, but the work doesn't just stop there, your nails are your responsibility. Their longevity or retention depends on how you take care of them. Please keep in mind that they are not tools. Try to avoid using them to open cans or carry heavy objects for example. Biting or picking at them not only causes damage to your cuticles but your nail as well. Your nails should be maintained every 2-3 weeks. If you notice any lifting or have a break, please notify me, don't ignore it. Depending on the circumstances, neglecting could potentially cause fungal infections and we don't want that! As always please reach out with any questions or scheduling concerns 🥰
