I had a family hair party yesterday in my kitchen and it was so nostalgic! Brought me back to cosmo school days 🥹 When I first started I would literally do ANYONES hair who let me, and trust me, back then, it was definitely “whoever let me” 😅 I’ve come pretty far in the color world since then.

Anyway, here’s my gorgeous cousin who literally hasn’t aged in 10 years even after having a baby and being amazing at everything she does in her life 😘

When I say I literally threw EVERY PIECE OF HAIR KNOWLEDGE I HAVE at this head of hair i am not exaggerating!

And when my client told me her end goal was to be blonde I laughed and said there’s probably 0 percent chance you’re gonna leave my chair blonde today, unless you want to be bald!

After 6 hours of a very careful color correction, and a whole lot of praying to the hair gods/goddesses we freakin did it!

My client was blonde her whole life, and decided to put some dark brown box dye on her hair a few weeks ago, lol.

We’ve all been there, am I right?! I KNOW I HAVE!

I explained to her that it may be difficult to lift through the brown color, as it was only a few weeks old, but I would try to get her as light as possible without damaging her pretty locks.

With all of that in mind, she asked for:
