Being able to bring this level of education to the North Fork means everything to me. My girls get to spend the weekend learning, watching, practicing, asking questions, and sharpening their craft with one of the best in the industry.

Cuddling my babes on the couch tonight and feeling almost overwhelmed with gratitude for the life I have built from the wreckage it once was.

Today we opened our doors for HARLI, for women who are trying to navigate life after domestic violence, s*x trafficking, abuse, fear, control, and all of the things that can make you forget who you were before survival became your full-time job.

And all day I kept thinking… if today helped even one woman, it mattered.

If one woman felt seen.
If one woman felt supported.
If one woman was reminded that there is life on the other side of what she is living through right now.
Then today mattered.

This cause sits so close to my heart because I know what it feels like to look at your life and have absolutely no idea how you’re going to put it back together. I know what it feels like to survive things you never thought you would survive, and then somehow be expected to just keep going.

There was a time when I could not have imagined this version of my life.

A home that feels safe. My babies curled up next to me. A business I built with my own two hands. A life that finally feels like mine.

None of it came easy. A lot of it came from rising from the ashes. But I built anyway.

So tonight I’m grateful. For every person who walked through our doors today, every appointment, every purchase, every conversation, and every little piece of support that helped us give back.

And more than anything, I want the woman who is still in the middle of it to know this:

There is another side.

If you need a light, I’m a DM, a stop by, or a phone call away. I may not have all the answers, but I will never judge you for where you are.
