Some of you might go to 10 🤣 but let’s talk about it…Would you ever take a permanent color off in 15 minutes? No. Because the gray wouldn’t be covered. Shades needs time to develop to give you the proper color. I always process for 20 minutes for redheads, silvers, platinums, and brunettes who want no warmth.
