Salon Bailey's (now named Blow Inc Salon) opened on January 23, 2006 on Elm Street, in the heart of beautiful Downtown Greensboro. Salon Bailey's revolves around the idea of bringing the quality of Madison Avenue in New York City to Elm Street in Greensboro North Carolina. He is originally from Greensboro and moved back here in 2001 bringing all of his training and talent with him. He worked for
