Hi everyone! In light of recent recommendations by local government and health organizations I just wanted to send a communication about what I am doing here at the shop to help. First-off there are already disinfection procedures in places, however I am stepping that up a bit. In addition to strict disinfection of all implements, I will be disinfecting surfaces more rigorously, including light switches and door handles, payment screens, etc. I also have hospital-grade hand-washing solution in the bathroom so PLEASE use it! I will be contacting clients who are currently double-booked to reschedule you so that we only have one client here at a time, and I will be taking breaks so I can more thoroughly disinfect between client visits. That being said you are responsible for your health so do what is best for you, as I cannot make any guarantees.

Lastly I urge each of us to write down our fears and stressful thoughts, on paper, and then question them one by one. Healthy fears may tell us what actions to take to keep us safe, and then there are the stressful thoughts that recycle through our heads. One ego-thought that can be a trap is "I know better", therefore why question what I think? Well of course you don't have to question, but what might be possible if you do question your thoughts? How can you know without trying it? Only another thought will tell you different. The only thing we can ever lose when questioning our mind is a stressful thought, and that is always a win in my book. One less stressed-out person is naturally a kind, compassionate soul that automatically, and without effort, demonstrates the possibility of real healing and real peace in this world.
