This page is created for yoga practitioners who take classes with Steve Willis, RYT, at Radiance Yoga, The Club at Green Valley, & Sedgefield Country Club. Steve completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training at Triad Yoga Institute in 2005. He has studied and practiced with a wide range of well-known yoga teachers, including Cyndi Lee, Baxter Bell, David Williams, Doug Keller, JJ Gormly, and Beryl Bender Birch. His classes combine alignment cues with flowing movements intended to guide students toward a practice that is both mindful and playful. His warm personality, sense of humor, and commitment to his students have allowed him to build a strong following among Triad-based yogis.

Jimmy T. will lead a Walking Meditation this Sunday, June 13, 2021, at 9am in the Greensboro Arboretum. The group meets every Sunday, and walks slowly and quietly together for a 30-45 minutes...
