Yesterday, I finally had the pleasure of meeting Peggy (right) after weeks of chatting over the phone. Her daughter, Pam (left), has been a loyal Nailah's Shea customer for years and introduced her mom to our soaps with one of our sample packs. It wasn't long before Peggy fell in love—especially with our Blackseed & Lemongrass Soap.
When Peggy wanted to send a birthday gift to her friend in California, we worked together to make it happen. We even navigated a little USPS mystery along the way (thankfully, the package made it! 🎁).
Yesterday, she surprised me by visiting the Greensboro Curb Market with Pam and her husband. Meeting the voice behind the phone calls was such a special moment. Hearing Peggy say she LOVES, LOVES, LOVES our products—and plans to keep gifting them to friends, family, and herself—filled my heart with so much gratitude. Even sweeter, she wanted to buy everything herself, but Pam insisted on treating her. 🥹💕
Moments like these remind me why I started Nailah's Shea, LLC . Our products aren't just nourishing skin—they're creating connections, celebrating love, and being shared from one generation to the next.
