Scars come in all shapes, sizes and stories. 🤍 Every mark on a mother’s body tells the story of her strength.

I started ESTAS because of my friend’s C-section scar.

She couldn’t find a single product made for that kind of healing. So I went looking. And when I couldn’t find it either, we built it.

Every Scar Tells a Story. And understanding it? That’s where healing really begins. ✨

Not all scars are the same, here’s what you need to know:

Hypertrophic scars: Raised and reddish, these form when the body over-produces collagen during healing. Common after burns, surgeries, and injuries.

Keloid scars: Like hypertrophic scars, but they can grow beyond the original wound over time and sometimes become itchy or tender. Every keloid is unique.

Atrophic scars: Sunken scars caused by tissue loss. They vary in depth and texture, and are often what we think of with acne or chickenpox scarring.

Stretch marks: Yes, these are scars too. A form of atrophic scarring that shows up as thin, indented streaks, a sign your skin has been through something.

Surgical scars: Every incision heals differently. A surgical scar can evolve into any of the types above, which is exactly why how you care for it matters so much.

The bottom line? Scars are permanent, but their appearance and discomfort doesn’t have to be. With the right care, you can absolutely minimize how they look and feel. 💛
