One thing I absolutely love is when a client trusts us and trusts the process.

When this lovely client first came to see us last year, she was frustrated with the loss of density, imbalance, and overall shape of her hair. She asked us honestly what needed to be done, and the truth was, a cut was the only real fix.

Now, was she excited about that? Not exactly. But she trusted us enough to move forward.

Today finds us heading east on I-40, watching the mountains rise in the distance and reflecting on the journey. There’s something about a road trip that reminds you that every destination is reached one mile at a time.
