👩🏽‍🌾 This “Friday at the Farm” Aggie Source volunteers We planted: Cabbage,Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Collards, Spinach, Kale, A spring mix, Three different types of lettuce & Bok Choy 🥬 🥦👏🏽

Most of the harvest will be ready to harvest in about 60 days 😋

We can’t wait to provide these offerings to you in the Aggie Source produce market 😍

is a passionate advocate for Food Justice and an expert in Food Literacy, blending indigenous and healthy foods into his unique “Afro Futuristic Conscious Cuisine.” 🌍 His work spans across continents, promoting sustainable practices and empowering marginalized communities.

With experience at prestigious universities and collaborations with major corporations like Burt’s Bees and Whole Foods, Chef Kabui inspires change through action. He also champions biodiversity and urban organic farming in North Carolina and Kenya, where he established the Food Literacy and Sustainability Center.
