Y’all don’t understand the pressure to have the right audio. Being a neurodivergent hairstylist means I want everything to be perfect.

Many neurodivergent hairstylists may experience hyperfocus, diving deeply into their craft and paying close attention to details. While this can result in excellent work, it can also lead to exhaustion or difficulty transitioning between tasks.

In this world we live in today, where everything is a distraction it sometimes gets overwhelming, the word of the day is Grace. For yourself and others.

I thank everyone that has set in my chair or had a hand in my journey as a hairstylist. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
