I wanted to take a moment to explain exactly why I created the "REMEMBER HER" program......

There comes a point in so many women's lives when they look around and realize they've been taking care of everyone else for so long that they've forgotten how to take care of themselves.

Not all at once.

Just little by little.

A piece of themselves gets left behind with every responsibility, every heartbreak, every expectation, every time they put themselves last.

One day they wake up and wonder...

"Where did I go?"

I know that feeling because I've lived it.

I've been the woman who compared herself to everyone else.

The woman who questioned her worth.

The woman who struggled with body confidence.

The woman who carried stress, grief, unhealthy relationships, and the pressure of trying to be everything for everyone.

From the outside, life looked okay.

But inside, I felt disconnected from myself.

The turning point wasn't when my life became perfect.

It was when I stopped asking, "Why is this happening to me?" and started asking, "What part of myself have I forgotten?"

That question changed everything.

As I began doing my own inner work, something beautiful happened.

I didn't become someone new.

I remembered the woman I had always been before life convinced me I wasn't enough.

That's why I created Remember Her.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I found my way home, and I wanted to leave the porch light on for other women.
