I was looking for some "Pinspiration" today. I came across this 👇🏻 I know I've said it before, but I have chronic depression. There's days when I just wanna give up. Sometimes the days can last for weeks. Which is how it's been for me lately. I can't function. My brain stays in a fog. I know my daily routine, and I get it done. Beyond that I'm, as they say, "way out in left field". I'm just not here mentally. I'm trying to change that. I'm learning new coping techniques. Slowly but surely, I will overcome this. Please bare with me as I go through this. ❤ And if you struggle from this, what's your favorite coping technique? What helps you get through the day? My family is what keeps me going ❤
