Dear Clients,

No-shows are frustrating for everyone involved, especially when they happen more than once.

Our policy states that no-show appointments will be charged in full, and cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

We understand that things happen, and our barbers are often very forgiving the first time around. However, when a barber chooses to waive the fee as a courtesy the first time, and then a second no-show occurs, please understand that the policy will be enforced.

Our barbers are not paid hourly. When you reserve an appointment and do not show up, that time was specifically set aside for you and your barber earns $0 for that appointment.

Please respect your barber’s time the same way we respect yours. Nobody enjoys making the phone call to charge a client for a missed appointment, and we certainly don’t enjoy dealing with backlash for simply enforcing a policy that protects our team.

We will always try to be understanding and forgiving when circumstances arise, but repeated no-shows will result in the appropriate fee being charged.

And if there is ever an issue or concern regarding a no-show charge, I will be the person you speak with directly.

The last year has been filled with hard work, growth, challenges, and victories that no award could ever measure. We’ve leaned on each other, laughed together, pushed through the hard days, and celebrated the good ones.
