~$10 deposit is required upon booking. Will go towards total of service. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including weather conditions such as snow, black ice, or hazardous road warnings, unless there’s an inconvenience caused by me.

If weather affects travel, clients may reschedule ONCE using the same deposit, as long as they notify me before their appointment start time.
If no notice is given, the appointment is treated as a no-call/no-show, and a new deposit will be required.

**I do not accommodate holds. Instead, I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, where the date and time are secured by the first individual to place a deposit. **

~NO CALL , NO SHOW or arriving 10 minutes late will result to cancellation or a $30 fee towards the rescheduling of your appointment.

~Please arrive with hair taken down and DETANGLED. If not, a takedown fee ($45) and/or detangling fee ($15) will be added if time allows, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

~Have payment on you before services begin. Payment for service is due by the end of services and before exiting the suite to leave the shop.

My booking process is simple and straightforward. To help everything run smoothly, please follow the guidelines below:

PLEASE DO NOT send a deposit until I have provided your service price AND confirmed/approved your appointment date and time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. I respond as soon as I’m able while servicing clients and managing my schedule.

When inquiring about an appointment, please include all requested information in ONE text—your name, desired service/style, size and length (if applicable), hair condition, and a reference photo if needed.

Providing everything at once allows me to accurately give you pricing, availability, and appointment details without unnecessary back-and-forth.

💜 Your appointment is not confirmed until I approve the date/time and your deposit is received afterward.
