Hey yall 🌹

We hope your summers are going well. We pray that your hearts are being fulfilled. We pray that you are allowing God (the God in you) to guide you, to speak through you, to challenge you. This is something I pray for in myself, those around me, our Oprhikans, and people in general.

As my mom and I are growing as individuals, going through transitions and breakthroughs, preparing, shoot.. getting prepared by, learning lessons in love, lessons in patience, acknowledging our own mistakes and shortcomings, being open to how we can be better, acknowledging the best parts, acknowledging our achievements (big or small), etc… just doing life, cause it’s lifeing, however it’s still beautiful…Again, as we are flowing through life we thank you for your patience, love, your choice in us, and understanding.

I want to take some time to thank our Orphikan, especially to my sisters who I’m working just a little more closely with right now regarding their womb health.

I also want to take a moment to go over some tips, ground rules, and announcements for a few of our Orphikan pieces.

1 | Main one on my heart to go over is the YuSteam and some guidelines. First off, our YuSteam is very powerful. Very strong. If you are not a menthol or peppermint lover, or if these don’t usually soothe you, this may not be the best option for you. We soulcraft our products specifically to expound and expand on the things you DO enjoy. Things that electrify YOUR senses, not irritate them.

Ok..

You can create 3 levels of your YuSteam:

🍃Light (1 to 2 small crystals with 1 scoop herb)
🍃🍃Medium (2 -4 small crystals with 1 scoop herb)
🍃🍃🍃Strong (4 small crystals or 1 medium crystal)

Light -
🫧For kids
🫧For use when your sinuses are dry (more of the steam and herb to hydrate your airways)
🫧When you just want or need a “hit”
🫧For when you have a headache
🫧Airways and respiratory systems are irritated and sensitive

Medium -
🫧Been around someone sick
🫧Feel like you’re getting sick

When using steam, use a whiffing motion to first try the steam until you’re comfortable putting head over the steam. It will greet you with a punch.

*can add lavender other favorite essential oil to soften and enhance steam*

3 | Shower bombs when broken up in pieces can also be used as a cooling and refreshing foot soak. All you’ll need is one of the broken pieces in a large bowl of water for your feet.

As you can see in the video, intricate attention is given during our sessions to certain areas in the body such as chakras (the throat chakra is being worked on here) and meridians (energy flowing pathways). I also take advantage of what may be going on in the cosmos during your customized service. If it’s a full moon, sister we are releasing. A new moon? We’re manifesting and drawing our heart’s desires to us. No matter what cycle we’re in, we gone do some praying.
