Not my usual kind of post, but don’t worry, wellness is still my heart.

That first second of cold? That’s your sympathetic nervous system screaming.
Good. That’s the stimulus. You’re not trying to get used to it. You’re trying to stress it on purpose.
Breathing helps. Swearing is optional but understandable 😳
2025 wasn’t easy for me. But it was all worth it✨
Finding little moments that feel good? Absolutely. Laughing at myself along the way? Always. ✨It’s the small things that keep me curious.

Sometimes the uncomfortable part isn’t the cold. It’s simply questioning what you thought you already knew.
Clarity usually shows up in those uncomfortable moments, and I’m here to share what I’ve learned.
And yes… owning a business called FRIGID while re-examining cold therapy still makes me laugh 😂 and maybe … cry … a little 😬
