Groovy Roots

HAPPY FRIYAY✨💆🏻‍♀️

Busy Books Today! Blessed & Thankful!

Miss Aubrey’s Highlight Refresh! 🥰
The easiest hair to do because she’s already GORGEOUSSSS!🫶🏻

Miss Pam’s Root Touch Up!☺️
Literally the sweetest!!! I have some really cool fall/halloween decor now Miss Pam brought for me and one reminded of my Grammy! 🥺Honestly it was perfect!

I didn’t snag a picture of her silky, shiny, SOFT hair & fresh cut & I totally should have! ✂️ because we worked some scalp treatment
✨M A G I C ✨ on Miss Lori this evening! 🧖🏻‍♀️ 👑 What a QUEEN!

Berry Calico 💜🍇

LORDDD this was work for me today! But I’m happy to have done it! I learned a lot along the way doing things I’ve never done before! ✍🏻 I’ve done some vivids, & a calico once before - however today was a full blown color correction. It was all well worth the hard work. 10 hours from start to finish & here’s what we created 🎨

Thank you to my sister Makayla Humphreys for trusting me with this major project!! Only for you girl would I do a 10 hour session 🤣 Hats off to her though as a hairdresser too because she dreamed up our sectioning & formulation on the berry color! Two hairdressers are better than one they say! ✂️☺️

Of course, there’s no before photos 🤣 you’ll have to imagine it I’m so sorry!

📢 A Quick Update for My Clients

I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that I will be taking a small leave of absence from the salon while I focus on some family & health matters.

From August 19th - September 24th, I will only be accepting limited appointments, and my online booking will be temporarily closed. If you need an appointment during this time, please reach out to me directly by call or text at 270-608-2706. I will not be accepting new clients during my leave.

My family means the world to me, and I have always been a very family-first person. Not only will a family member be needing me but I will be undergoing surgery myself as well. So I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding as I take this time to focus on the things that matter most behind the scenes. I apologize for any inconvenience. And cannot wait to be back in the salon! ❤️✂️

💚 During My Leave:
I will still be responding to messages throughout my leave and will also be scheduling appointments for my return on September 25th and beyond.

💚 PRIOR BOOKED CLIENTS:
If you currently have an appointment scheduled with me, your appointment is still standing. There are no changes to your existing appointment unless I personally contact you.

Thank you all for your kindness, grace, and continued support during this season. It means more to me than you’ll ever know, and I look forward to seeing each of you before my leave and again when I return. 🫶🏻❤️

Thank you so much Miss Ali for trusting me with your hair!🩷 You are a very RAD person to be around 🫶🏻 & thanks for always thinking of my cats 🥰
