Asian inspired salmon... did a honey/balsamic/sriracha salmon topped with balsamic, Thai peppers, and scallions. Made into a Buddha bowl with jasmine rice and broccoli 🥦 😋😋😋

First time doing ribeye sous vide in the instant pot and it was a game changer! Quick seat after two hours of cooking and it was a perfect medium rare! Paired nicely with garlic broccolini and baked potato with chives.
