📢 Appointment Confirmation Policy

Effective immediately, all appointments must be confirmed with a valid credit card on file. If your appointment is not confirmed, it will be canceled. No exceptions.

Please understand that massage therapy is my career and how I support my family. When an appointment is reserved for you, that time is held exclusively for you. If you fail to confirm or do not show up, I lose income and another client loses the opportunity to book that appointment.

This policy is not meant to inconvenience anyone. It is in place to protect my time, my business, and the clients who are waiting for appointments.

I truly appreciate those of you who respect my time and honor your scheduled appointments. Your support allows me to continue providing quality care to every client.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Y'all I have the best patients in the world!!!! Look at this!
