Decaffeinated using a process derived from fermented sugarcane, chosen for its ability to remove caffeine without disturbing the balance of the cup. The result is a decaf that still reflects its origin.

The Aponte Inga community has cultivated this coffee high in the mountains of Colombia for over a decade. We wanted to make sure the decaf version honored that.
