We’re excited to be getting back at it! Fingers crossed (🤷‍♀️) for 5/9. Your stylist will be in touch to reschedule your appointments. It’s gonna look a little different for a minute- and we’ll adapt to these temporary adjustments with full commitment to keeping our space and community as safe as possible! We will communicate requirements/guidelines prior to your appointments.
As always- your loyalty, patience and support doesn’t go unnoticed and we are so extremely grateful for you!!

It’s a crazy time and a sad day! Surreal.

As you’ve heard- despite the extreme measures we’ve all been taking industry wide, Governor Polis has mandated closure of all Salons and non- essential services effective immediately until 4/30. We just can’t overcome the social distancing and this is the next step. Cili respects and values the precautions being imposed and know they are coming from a place to protect all of our health and safety. Our first and foremost priority is to keep our amazing community safe and healthy and do our part to prevent the spreading of this virus that has taken over life as we know it. That being said- as a small business owner with a staff of independent self employed stylists- this is tough stuff! We are sending love to the thousands of service workers whose livelihoods are interrupted during this time and believe we will emerge with a deeper sense of gratitude, a stronger connection and more open eyes and hearts to one another as we all join together in due diligence to conquer something seemingly bigger than us.

Ways you can help support your stylist!
*Pay for your missed appointment as it’s originally scheduled as a pre pay method for when you’re rescheduled.
*Have your stylist put together a curbside root kit for you to do at home
*Reschedule your upcoming appointments now for May-

Our top priority is always the health and safety of our entire community. The recent outbreak of COVID-19 has raised a variety of questions and concerns, and we want you to be assured that we are constantly monitoring the situation to ensure we are making the best decisions and taking the right action for you, and the entire Cili Salon Family. Please remember the best thing we can all do for our health is to support our own personal care by eating and drinking well, boosting our immune system, getting plenty of rest, exercising, and living in line with our highest values- which eliminates excess stress and anxiety (which suppresses our immune system). In addition:
Given the dynamic nature of the situation around the world, we advise you to adhere to the guidance offered by our public health agencies. This may include basic precautions or significant restrictions. As recommended by CDC we and our clients are expected to participate in behaviors promoting the prevention of spreading or contracting the virus-
-frequent hand washing
-use of sanitizer as appropriate
-staying home in the event of not feeling well or presenting symptoms or on case of context with known or potential carriers
-clean frequently touches surfaces with effective products
**please use our complimentary sanitizing supplies appropriately due to shortage**

The Salon leadership team will make decisions concerning operations based on scientific information, recommendations and guidelines provided by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and relevant agencies and organizations from our countries around the world. We are taking precautions to protect the safety of everyone, including having sanitizers and wipes available, sanitizing stations between clients, changing capes after every client, ensuring our tools remain sanitized between clients, adding bleach to towel sanitizing process and keeping our Salon up, running and healthy! I have to believe there is something to learn about ourselves in these times of confusion and solace- it is imperative we do our part to help prevent the spread of this virus in our community, keep hospitals from overcrowding, older or less healthy individuals from falling ill, and ultimately saving lives.
