🪡 I committed to the process • Having a successful career in the beauty industry means being relentless in the pursuit of becoming. Becoming a great learner, becoming a talented hair stylist, etc. means being committed to the process of making yourself better to give your guests an amazing hair journey with you!
🪡 Plan for office days • When I didn’t have someone in my chair and it wasn’t a day off, I did something productive for the salon! I’ve found it vital to work ON my business and not IN my business all the time!

Veeeeeeery rarely do I use 1 single extension color! Most of the time (unless it’s a solid color) I’m using 2-3 different weft colors to make a perfect match.

If I wanted to do a bright blonde and went with just that rooted bright blonde, that blonde wouldn’t pop as much without the pockets of dimension behind her. Just as if I wanted a dimensional blonde, only using that one rooted dimensional would create a very stripey end result + that’s not real cute. 🫣

I didn’t color her hair at all! She’s naturally this bright 🤩 I did use shade Iggy for her 1 row hair extensions!

3 non-negotiables when wearing extensions 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

✨Place a hand on your corners/weft line when you brush your hair! This helps to reduce unwanted tension on that weft line + prevents a corner from getting snagged out.

✨Going to sleep with dry hair! Sleeping on wet hair is a recipe for disaster.

✨ Properly taking care at home! Everything from how you brush to what products you use means everything at home!!
