Edit: Due to the drama of it all and constantly being taken advantage when it comes to this service in more ways than this I will no longer be offering pay what you can cuts. I will reevaluate in the future and possibly bring it back but for now it is ending. Thank you for understanding

Currently facing some controversy over my “pay what you can haircut” due to a client showing up late and me not accepting them. The cut is an appointment like any other service. If you are late or do not show up to the appointment it will automatically get cancelled and need to be rescheduled. I typically block any client who does not show up to this appointment specifically so they do not continue to book and take limited spots away from other people. I wait the allotted time as in my policy states in my system. I do not have to offer this service but I do because I know many people are in need and would like to feel good about themselves and it is always the one person who has to ruin it. Whether you show up 1 minute or 10 minutes late late is still late. If you are in the parking lot and not in my chair you are still late. I am also being told that someone is spreading false information saying I no show my clients and have several times. I am always at least 45 minutes to an hour early to every service appointment making sure I am there on time and have everything prepared for the service. I have been a stylist for almost 5 years now and would not be as successful as I am if I was constantly leaving clients unhappy or no showing them. That being said I appreciate all my loyal clients out there and new clients to come and even past clients I no longer see.

I’ve been holding off on making this post but it’s time. As many of my clients know my aunt is on life support. The chance of her ever waking up is very slim and we are unfortunately going to have to plan for the worst. In her honor to help give her the best possible funeral or with high hopes life long care I’m creating this raffle for a 250$ gift certificate.
