We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Roberts Salon & Day Spa! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and love creating a positive experience for every guest, we’d love to hear from you.

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for:
🤍 Greeting every guest with a warm, welcoming attitude
📞 Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
💻 Checking clients in and out using our computer system
✨ Ensuring every client feels cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave
🤝 Working closely with our salon and spa team to keep each day running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is comfortable using a computer and learning salon software
• Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Works well as part of a team while also taking initiative
• Has a positive attitude and professional appearance
• Is dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Can remain calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively
• Is able to stand for extended periods (a minimum of 2 hours at a time)
• Is available to work evenings and Saturdays

This is a full-time position with an opportunity to become part of a supportive team that is passionate about making every guest feel their very best.
