The following safety guidelines should be observed before using L. Lauryn makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the information contained herein or the suitability of its products and services for any particular purpose, nor does L. Lauryn assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the application or use of any product or circuit. Our products
contain oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds, plants and fruit. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Lauryn products are made with naturally derived ingredients, which in rare cases may cause sensitivity in certain individuals. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. If you are uncertain about possible sensitivity, always do a patch test before use or consult your healthcare professional. The products sold hereunder and any other products sold by L. Lauryn have been subject to limited testing and should not be used in conjunction with application. Any performance testing is believed to be reliable but are not verified, and Buyer must conduct and complete all performance and other testing of the products, alone and together with any end-products. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to independently determine suitability of any products and to test and verify the same. Consent to Jurisdiction and Governing Law This Terms and Conditions Agreement shall constitute the whole agreement between L. Lauryn, and the Buyer, and shall be construed and governed by in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana. The Buyer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction in the County of Marion, State and Federal Courts of Indiana for the purposes of litigating any and all claims or actions. Local Safety Standards and Regulations Products presented and sold by L. Lauryn, are designed to meet published U.S. safety standards and regulations and compliance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic (FD&C) Act, the Fair Packaging and Labeling (FP&L) Act, and the regulations published under the authority of these laws. We cannot guarantee that these products meet individual state or local safety requirements. The Buyer assumes responsibility for compliance with state and local standards where the products are sold, delivered and used.
