You will also answer customers' inquiries about salon services via telephone, email or face to face.You will be the primary point of contact between the salon clients and the salon team. Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts.Light cleaning of reception area and customer restroom.
Basic computer knowledge

Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills.

Excellent record-keeping skills.

Ability to handle monetary transactions.

Good customer service and organization skills.

Flexible scheduling.
