Hi, my name is Heatherly, Owner/Operator of No. 12 by Heatherly.

I am a Licensed Master Esthetician and 500 hour Yoga teacher. I believe that health and wellness are the key to longevity, slowing down aging, and living a full life.

A little bit about me :
My business name No. 12, was initially created from a French picture I was hanging in my brand new spa. The 1, and 2, embody both qualities of completion and potential for new beginnings. Which wraps up my journey of becoming an Esthetician.

My skin journey:
As I entered my mid 20s, I started breaking out with acne. During my pregnancy, my acne was cystic, painful, and affected my self-esteem. While most of it cleared, it didn’t end there… In my 30s-40s, I was still getting cystic, painful acne on my chin. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Ben, with , that I realized the gut-skin connection and healed. 🦋 I am now focused on helping others navigate their journey to skin health. Whether it’s acne or rosacea, relaxation or skin preservation, I am here to help you!

Osmosis- Holistic and nontoxic:
I started getting facials when I was 15, I’ve tried a lot of products! I’ve used a lot of skin care lines that made my skin red, feel irritated and like I could never get enough moisture. Osmosis changed all of that for me. Instead of promising a topical only treatment cure, Osmosis talked about the internal health of my body. The skin is the largest external organ, and irritation is often a message from other organs. Mine was telling me to clean my gut! My transformation inspired me to help others.

Growing up, I never dealt with any major acne issues. When I entered the final months of my senior year of college in 2019, I broke out like crazy- all across my cheeks and forehead! After graduating, I decided to go to the dermatologist to see if they could help to calm my skin. After various creams, pills, and treatments rendered unsuccessful over the course of a year, I kind of decided to give up on seeing a doctor. COVID had hit, and with all the time spent at home trying new remedies I had read about online, my skin made minor improvements. Although I was skeptical at first, I decided that I wanted to see if this could work for me. Plus, I really enjoyed my appointment! Not only is Heatherly super knowledgeable about skincare and the products she uses, but she is also so kind and she’s fun to spend time with! After regular monthly appointments and through the daily use of some of Heatherly’s recommended Osmosis products at home, my skin has not only calmed down, but it has started to heal! The differences in my skin between when I started my appointments with Heatherly versus now is honestly wild. I am beyond thankful that I finally found something that works for me.
