Pure Calm - Reiki & Massage

Hi! I'm Amy. With 17 years of experience, I specialize in providing very soothing and gentle Massage Therapy and Reiki Energy Healing primarily for clients with chronic stress, anxiety, depression & more.

My approach focuses on a deep relaxation and calming of the sympathetic nervous system - your body's "fight or flight" response.

In today's world, we are all constantly bombarded with over-stimulation of life's daily stressors.

So much so that our nervous system is regularly on chronic overload, creating an imperative need for stress-relief.

At Pure Calm, the focus is on you. Each client has a unique stress profile. For some of us, stress can manifest in a myriad of ways, sometimes causing or adding to anxiety, depression, PTSD and more.

For this reason, every care is taken to provide you with an all-senses relaxing getaway to lower stress, create calm and ease your nervous system in a safe, peaceful and supportive environment.

My goal is to provide a sanctuary where anyone and everyone can relax with a feeling of security.

Your experience is very important to me, so much so that I guarantee you'll love your visit or I'll refund your money!
