💕May 9,2024 our story began with a little 7 pound 2 month old premie straight from the nicu. There were nights where he stopped breathing due to his lungs not being fully developed and our hearts stopped not knowing what to do. There were tens of appointments with specialists and nutritionists, meetings with therapists and courts that felt like they’d never end. But finally after 560 days of loving you and living in fear at some point you’d leave, On this day November 21,2025 our story was written in the stars. Forever my little angel man. Forever your dads. Forever my soul intertwined with yours. I pray that every lifetime i find my way back to you. I’d choose you everytime. Officially the happiest day of my life. Everybody meet OUR son Angel Rowan Hartman-Marconi💕
