When Kelly first joined the ColorCo family, she came to us fresh out of cosmetology school through our “Stylist in Training” Program — eager to learn, willing to listen, and ready to work.

And let me tell you… she has absolutely taken off. 🚀

Through hard work, focus, practice, and a whole lot of heart, Kelly quickly grew into a leadership role as our Assistant Manager, helping keep the salon running smoothly while continuing to grow behind the chair every single day.

Is ColorCo perfect? Heck no.

😅 We’re growing, learning, and figuring things out every day as a team. But people like Kelly are exactly what make growth possible.

She truly listens to her clients, pays attention to what they want, and works hard to make sure they leave feeling confident with happy, healthy, beautiful hair. She stays late when needed, jumps in wherever she can help, keeps a positive attitude, and genuinely cares about both her clients and her teammates.
Most importantly? She’s just one of the sweetest humans you’ll meet. ❤️
