When your child sits in my chair, I’m thinking about building confidence, trust, nervous system safety, and helping them build healthy relationships with their hair.

FAQ: “Do you offer children’s hair services?”

Yes, I do take children as long as they’re able to comfortably sit for service. However, If they’re simply not ready, we don’t force or push.

Hair care for littles should feel safe too. 🍯

I’m so honored to share that I’ll be joining The Village PTW for their Mamas in Motion series to support the beautiful mothers in this cohort. 🌿

In Week 5, I’ll be guiding the mamas through conversation and practice around energetic self-care and supportive beauty rituals for the postpartum mother.

As a somatic practitioner, beauty ritualist, educator, and a doula, my work centers the body as a sacred site of wisdom and care.

Birth and the transition into motherhood can be a profoundly transformative (and at times disembodying) experience.

The body shifts, identity expands, and many mothers are asked to pour out so much of themselves.

During our time together, I’ll be taking the mamas on a gentle journey of embodiment, exploring how beauty rituals can become tools for returning to the body including soft moments of presence, spiritual nourishment, and self-recognition during the postpartum season.
