Great Qigong class today in my office! Working on our internal heat to beat back this cold. I definitely started sweating.

Just a reminder, I have a class on Fridays at my office at 10:45. This is a small class of 6, but most weeks we can take 1-2 more people. Please register ahead of time, or get in touch for me to help you register. www.rtbacupuncture.com.

My Tuesday night classes GVST Wellness is moving to 6:15 PM, starting next Tuesday night, January 27th! I'm looking forward to seeing you there! That is a huge studio with lots of space. Register at www.gvstwellness.com.

I also will be here doing acupuncture next week, and have appointments available, especially Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday! Stay warm this weekend!

I'm going to have two more Tuesday night Qigong classes this summer at 5:30 - August 5th and 12th. This will be the end of Tuesday night classes at my office for now. All Friday classes are on at 10:45! New Qigong offerings will be coming this fall.
