New Visions Salon

Dear Friends of New Visions Salon,

When I first opened New Visions of You in 1981, I was completely overwhelmed. I was an ambitious young girl who wanted to style hair and be her own boss. I had always (and will always) have a passion for making people feel good about themselves by bringing out the best in their hair. To say the least, the Patricia of 1981 would never have guessed how successful New Visions would become, but the Patricia of 2016 is so proud of the memories and impact New Visions has brought to all of our friends.

After 35 years, I am incredibly excited to announce that as of May 11th, 2016 News Visions Salon was sold to new owners, Robert and Diane Ruffer. Their new salon will be named Gratitude Salon, because they have so much to be thankful for (as we all do). I simply could not find a better couple to sell my salon to. They are compassionate and talented people who truly know their trade.These people are willing to go the extra mile, which makes them extraordinary.

Both Robert and Diane both have worked in the Grosse Pointe community for well over 30 years. Robert does not only style hair, but also air brush makeup. Saying this, I am excited to announce that Gratitude Salon is a full service salon, they strive to serve anyone of any age and welcome both men and women into their doors.

New Visions Salon really has not changed. We are simply under new management. Many of the hairstylists that worked for New Visions Salon will now work under Gratitude Salon—including myself. This is something I have a great GRATITUDE for.
