Fun Fact!
During an adjustment, it sometimes feels like your bones are being moved MILES from where they started. But the fact is, during a typical adjustment, the bone moves no more than the width of a piece of paper, and often releases gas trapped between the joints. The gas escaping is actually the sound you might hear!
