Gosh moving sucks! Moving into a space that’s bigger, sucks too but in a good way! Moving into a bigger space and are overwhelmed, that’s expected so why not just dance to make it more fun!! 🤩
I swear one of these days I will be up and running. If you didn’t know my previous office flooded back at the beginning of April, 2 weeks before my maternity leave started. Luckily for me I was able to get into a temporary spot until baby 3 came. During my leave my landlord decided that taking his sweet time to get contractors in to fix the awful mess. If you look at my reel that I posted back in July the office still looks like that.
I made the executive decision to move and get away from that space. My new landlord is great and he is preparing the room how I’d like it to be. Again, I’m waiting for contractors to finish their job to start moving in and to get set up for you all. My new location will be 100 Fort Hill Rd, Groton. I will keep you posted as to when I am settled. This has been very frustrating and annoying but it’s out of my control. I know that this too shall pass. Sorry for the delay.

New office location coming soon. There’s a delay from the contractor but I should be up and running by next week the latest!! I cannot wait to be in this new space!!

Goodbye 👋🏼 1057 Poquonnock, it was a great 6 yrs. Thanks for the wild ride of Covid, inconsistent AC break downs, random heat not working, the warmth of your window, thriving plants, my second & third pregnancies and mostly being good to me.
Now I am heading to new and bigger! I’m excited for this new chapter for myself and my clients!!
The construction has yet to start at the office so I am trying my hardest to be patient with my landlord, but until then I am enjoying my postpartum summer!!

For those who didn’t know, now you know. If you’re a client I do send out newsletters with updates and promotions so please check your spam. This happened back in April, 2 weeks before baby 3 made his arrival. For everyone’s safety and due to the presence of the facility I cannot operate my massage practice until the renovations are done which according to my landlord will be end of August, early September. I am trying to find a temporary space for the end of August to take clients, either way I will keep you all updated!!
Damn flood, but keeping us safe from black mold and all the germs that come with this sort of instance.

Grateful for this 9a community - we motivate each other, we chat & kick 🍑! I’m bummed that working out makes me super uncomfortable at this point of my pregnancy but this baby will be out soon (I hope) and when I get back it’ll be wonderful!!
P.s. you need to make maternity tanks!

As a bodyworker/massage therapist I had to make a decision about 2 years to close my books and not accept new clients because the clients that I see come on a regular basis. It took awhile (10 yrs) to get here and I am so grateful that I have clients that understand the benefits of consistent/regular massages. No, IT IS NOT A LUXURY and here is why!
