New Booking and Cancelation Policy

To provide the best experience for all clients and protect appointment availability, the following booking policy applies to all appointments.

Booking Requirements
* All appointments must be booked through my website.
* A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
* Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.

Cancellation Policy
* I kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
* Cancellations or reschedules made with 24 hours or more notice may transfer their deposit to a new appointment scheduled within the permitted timeframe.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file, less any deposit already paid if applicable.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the No-Show Policy will apply. Please allow extra time for traffic, parking, and other unexpected delays to ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.

Lash Full Sets and Packages
For lash full sets and packages, clients may reschedule up to two times. After that, a new deposit will be required and the original deposit will be forfeited.

Clients must contact me directly to cancel or reschedule by calling or texting 860-319-3191.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Appointment & Cancellation Policy.
