We’re getting close to the date! We’re about one and a half weeks away! Our 2nd Annual Back To School Bash!
📍 Grove Community Center
We’re giving back to the kids of this community and we have so much to offer them! Free haircuts, free food, free school supplies, free snow cones, free jump inflatables, a fire truck for kids to check out, vendors, and more!
This is a collective effort from everyone in and around Grove! We’re still looking for help! We’re looking for more barbers/hairstylists, donations towards school supplies, just to name a few.

My man Jeremiah Kohler came in for a clean up, it had been a little while😅😮💨
The first artist I would like to highlight this week is Nancy Harper! She is a retiree living on Grand Lake of the Cherokees with her husband and dog. Her husband took up the hobby of wood carving. He would then turn them over to Nancy to paint and “bring to life”.
After 10 years of painting his carvings she decided she’d like to see what she could do on canvas. The inspiration came from becoming a member of the local brush & Palette Art Gallery where her husband’s carvings are on display. So, at the age of 68 she did her first painting which was received well! Her paintings hung at that gallery for a few years as well as a local coffee shop and currently at Lendonwood Gardens Welcome Center/Gift Shop and now here at Edge’d Up!
She works with a variety of mediums including acrylic, watercolor, scaring board and pastels. Pretty much anything goes as far as the subject matter. She has completed numerous commission pieces for people, which pleases her knowing that others enjoy her work!

🔥Calling all local artists!!🔥
I’ve taken over the studio here at Edge’d Up and need to fill these walls up with some awesome art work!
