🧠 What Is Cranial Release Technique®?

You may have heard us mention Cranial Release Technique® (CRT) at Revive Wellness Gulf Breeze — but what exactly is it?

What a powerful weekend of learning for the massage therapists at Revive Wellness Gulf Breeze! 🙌✨

We kicked things off Friday by diving deeper into BEMER technology and the importance of healthy blood flow and circulation. Understanding how circulation supports overall wellness gives us another valuable tool to share with our clients.

Then we headed into a full weekend of hands-on education with James Waslaski, expanding our knowledge of manual therapy techniques designed to address multiple nerve compression patterns throughout the upper and lower body.

We believe that being a great therapist means never stopping learning. 📚💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ Every new technique, perspective, and skill helps us provide more informed, intentional care to the people we serve.
