Just a a lil bit of info, no it hasn’t changed but it seems like it’s time to say it again.
First of all I am no longer working full time. I’m getting old lol
I am going to more of a part time basis. The hours may change a bit. Please remember you can leave messages on the work phone but as with most businesses the work phone stays at work. You are able to book and cancel 24/7 as long as your appointment has not reached the 24 hour cut off. If you can not cancel or reschedule during that time it will be considered a no show. I seem to have people that do not confirm then they just don’t show or call until they get the “no show” text. If you don’t have a VALID card on file that card will be removed and you will need to pay the no show charge. It’s 50% of your total services missed. Anything over 90 mins will have to have a non refundable reservation fee.
Each service takes more time therefore more time is booked out and that space was reserved for you. 15 years in the business and it’s by far the worst on now shows.

I have a few appointments left to book this week. Wed Thur and Sat.
